Multiple Vehicles
How many different cars are going to need protection? If you are planning to insure a number of different vehicles, then it may be a good idea to consider fleet insurance rather than taking out a separate policy for each. Age of the Chauffeur
Some companies will point blank refuse to insure someone as a chauffeur if they are below a certain age; this will usually be either 21 or 25. Obviously, this is one of the very first things to ask about if your driver is younger than this!

A lot of insurers will also have a range of ‘add-ons’ which will make a policy even more comprehensive. Most of the time, you will find that a chauffeur policy will include an option for public liability protection. This is always a good thing to have as it will cover the policyholder against any loss or damage that is caused to public property.
