Natural Acne Treatment


Acne is a common problem to majority of our teens. Many of them are not into natural way in getting of acne, for they think that natural cure for acne is not available. However, to those who are patient enough in doing dome trial and error, there can surely be some natural ways in curing acne.
Acne comes in different types and the common one is the acne vulgaris that is common during puberty wherein there can be pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads. Another common type of acne is the Rosacea, which can be experience by people in their later years. Symptoms on this type of ace include reddening or blushing of cheeks, nose, or forehead. Bumps and papules or pustules may also form.
Treating acne the natural way have already been done and documented over the centuries. Natural treatment for acnes includes the following:

* Application of fruits, vegetable, or herbs on affected areas
* Application of garlic unto affected areas
* Paste made of cucumber
* Mint oil or mint juice
* Honey has known to have natural antimicrobial action and was used as natural cure for acne over the years
* Toothpaste
* Oatmeal bath treatment

Another known natural remedy in treating acne is drinking at least four pints of water daily. Drinking enough water and having a regular intake of fruits, and green leafy vegetables are also essential to include in your diet, as these will help improve your complexion.
Before taking a bath, applying a mixture of real tomato pulp, honey, and rose water on your face and leave on for about 20 minutes before washing it off is another effective natural remedy in treating acne.
Another great simple and natural remedy of curing acne is to apply a mixture of cream, glycerine, and lemon juice on your face and leave on for a short while before washing. This can be done before bedtime.
Another natural way of treating acne is taking a regular Yoga exercise, as this will improve skin and overall health.
