3 Simple Effective Ways to Burn Belly Fat


1. Set your goals. Even if you set little goals, they will continue to keep you focused. actually, little goals are easier to achieve than that of large goals, and this helps to keep you motivated because as you accomplish your little goals, it will push you to accomplish the next little goal. Try things like eat junky food only a few times a week, for 2 weeks straight, or 'run an extra 5 minutes on your cardio days for a week straight'. Do that and you'll commence to burn off those pounds without even thinking about it.

in case you do not execute all these little goals on the very first effort, just keep at it. Write your goals down and if you Start to get behind, start over. It won't wipe out your progress seeing the maximum progress you can lose is a couple weeks, since your goals are so short-term.

2. Remove temptations altogether. if you are having trouble regulating your temptations and cravings, then just remove them. Quit stuffing your cabinets with candy and cookies. Stop stuffing your refrigerator with ice cream and microwave dinners. Buy healthier food, and give yourself less choices in the kitchen. If it's snack time and your choices arenatural peanut butter, almonds, and fruit, then chances are pretty good you will not be eating potato chips.

3. Do away with nasty habits, and adapt good ones. It's normally the nasty habits that put on all that extra weight in the first place. Defeating existing bad habits isn't always that easy, that's why replacing them with a fresh good habit will help enormously. So inherently all your doing is changing up your old habits.

Heres an example. Let's say at work when you take a break, you take the elevator to the break room, and eat a stack of cookies. Change it up, take the stairs to the break room and eat a handful of mixed nuts. Clearly this is just 1 idea, an may not apply, but you get the picture.
