Doha has seen some rapid development in the last few years. This has transformed the area from a relatively unknown fishing port into one of the most successful commercial and financial cities in the region, fast outstripping the more familiar Dubai in terms of business and tourism. One of the most impressive areas of Doha is the waterfront.
