Windows Keyboard Shortcuts Easy To Use

Most pc users are accustomed to using their mouse for most actions they do on the computer. Even so, we know of a much more powerful and easier way to navigate; this is the Windows keyboard shortcuts. The majority of us are aware of the copy Cntrl+C, paste Cntrl+V and Cntrl+Alt+Delete (task manager), however, there are so many more. Knowing quite a few of these can be very helpful in the event the mouse has ceased functioning.
Let's use this scenario; you've been working for days on an critical Excel spreadsheet and your mouse halts. * Ctrl + B - Makes a font "Bold"
* Ctrl + I - Italicize Fonts
* Ctrl + U - Underline words
* Ctrl + R - Align right
* Ctrl + L - Align left
* Ctrl + E - Align center
* F5 - Reloads browser / page cache
* F6 - Places your cursor in the URL box on browser
* Alt + F4 - Starts up shut down menu
* Shift + Tab - Go back
There are quite a lot more shortcuts, however, these are the most generally used. It is true however,most people will still continue to use the mouse, however, once you get used to all the Windows keyboard shortcuts you might choose to use both the mouse and keyboard. |
