Go to Australia’s largest City and enjoy a stay in Sydney Hotels.

Located on Australia’s south east coast, Sydney hotels are the perfect destination for the holidaymaker or business person to stay and enjoy this lively country with its warm weather and sunshine. People who have been there generally agree – there is no place like Sydney.

Sydney itself is an iconic city with probably its two most famous landmarks being the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The Opera House juts out into the harbour, and is immediately recognisable. In fact, it is a World Heritage site, for its architectural importance. As well as being beautiful to look at, it is one of the busiest performing arts centres in the world, and it isn’t just opera. While staying at Sydney hotels you can also go to see a dance presentation, for example. Guided tours are also available with over three million people visiting there every year, one of the major tourist attractions in Sydney.

Also an icon is the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Opened in 1932 it is one of the most spectacular bridges in the world with one of the longest spans of any bridge as it arches across Sydney Harbour, high above the city, and can be seen from many Sydney hotels at night as it is lit up against the evening sky. A special way to enjoy the bridge is by climbing it! Trust the Australians to find something different! It takes about three and a half hours to climb the bridge; this must be the experience of a lifetime.

Australia is a sporting country and Sydney is no exception. The inhabitants of Sydney love their sport. Home of the Olympics in 2000, the stunning Olympic stadium can be visited and is now has numerous shops and parkland, as well as a skate park and numerous bike trails. Of course Australians love cricket, so why not book into one of the Sydney hotels and watch one of the Ashes games? Or you could visit one of the marvellous beaches that Sydney is famous for, where you can enjoy all forms of water sport, such as surfing and swimming, or just a lovely walk on the sandy beaches. There are lots of golf courses for those who enjoy a relaxing game and with Sydney’s beautiful weather you can be sure that your game is unlikely to be rained off.

Sydney also has many special events. Your stay at Sydney hotels could be made perfect by a day at the races at Sydney’s Autumn Carnival. Or see the world’s greatest tennis players at the Medibank International at the spectacular courts situated in the Olympic Stadium.
