The living areas are spacious with the kitchen offering full cooking amenities and greatest of all a dishwasher. The home stays toasty and warm during the wintry months with combustion heating and when required in the summer months there is an air conditioner in the lounge. There is a gas BBQ supplied along with outdoor furniture. The house is well positioned just a brief distance from the pier and the boat ramp, making those early morning fishing trips easier.
