Through the mortgage, the person investing money can earn it back immediately since the houses bought would be leased by the bank to people who have been evicted. The good thing about the mortgage is that the investor would only need to pay 60 to 80 percent of the total amount. The rest of the money needed can be taken from the monthly fees given. It would help the investor and tenant living in the property.
The buy to let mortgage were able to assist millions of homeless people all over the country. That is why the program has been continued by many banks and lending companies. It has reduced the cases of homelessness by a large margin. The cooperation between the government and private sector paved the way for the success of the project. |
