China and the United States Must Established a Good Relationship

If you are expected to be strong up the weak, keeping a low profile and wait a wise move. However, eventually you will want to use your strengths to create new opportunities. For China, the time has come yet?
Over the past decade, the attention of the United States spread terrorism, and China in economic growth on the heart flutter, and now, China's foreign relations are likely to become more difficult.
