A Review Of Some Notable HTC Radar Deals On UK Networks

The HTC Radar has a number of impressive attributes like a 5 megapixel camera, Windows Phone 7.5 operating system and an impressive touchscreen. You can get your hands on this phone for a surprisingly low monthly fee on a selection of tariffs from a number of UK networks.

In this article I will look at a couple of the best value tariffs for the HTC Radar.

Many of the deals currently available include the HTC Radar handset for free, provided you commit to a contract which requires a monthly payment, with which call text and data allowances are included. An example of such a tariff is available from T-Mobile. At £21 per month (contract length is 24 months), it is one of the cheapest deals currently available which includes a free HTC Radar. With this deal, 50 minutes of calls are included, which can be used to call any UK network at any time of the day, and after your monthly allowance has been exceeded, standard charges will apply. Additionally, 250 free text messages are included, which is around 8 per day. Therefore, all but the most prolific text messagers will surely find this aspect of the tariff acceptable. The final part of the package is the internet data allowance. This is 1.5 GB, which is among the highest provided by any tariff in the UK. Based on average use, this is way beyond what most people will use in a month, so you can browse the internet to your heart’s content with the peace of mind that you are unlikely to go over your data allowance. Should this happen, standard data charges will apply, although you can use Wi-Fi for free with no charge whenever you have an available connection.

Another popular UK network is O2, and they also offer a number of affordable HTC Radar deals. The cheapest tariff that they have with a free HTC Radar handset costs £18.50 per month, and again lasts for a total of 24 months. The tariff has a number of differences to the aforementioned one in terms of its allowances. It has double the amount of call time, with 100 minutes included, and also twice the amount of text messages at 500 per month. The extra call and text allowances are somewhat offset by the data allowance which is 500 MB, so only a third of what is offered by the T-Mobile deal. As you can see, each tariff has its own advantages as well as disadvantages, and varies greatly on price.

This makes it easy to find the right deal for you based on factors like contract length, allowances and monthly price.
