Vilanova Park in Barcelona

Barcelona has a wonderful vacation spot called the Vilanova Park. It is situated among pines and runs along the sea side. The place has a pleasant weather and is known for its mild winters, but summer can be extremely hot.
The park is located in an ideal place and is amidst the farmhouse of Catalonian, which was nearly built in the 18th century. So when you travel to this place, also pay a visit to this wonderful farmhouse as well. The farmhouse now is a restaurant called Mas Roquer, which is a unique place for dining. You could spend the day at the park and then check out this restaurant for some good local food and hang out place. The restaurant, being located near the beach, gives you an enchanting view of the sea and there is a terrace that is truly amazing during summer. The cool breeze and the great local cuisine will leave your night full of enjoyment. The restaurants also portray some stage shows that include dance and music and there is lot of merriment the whole night. The night life here is full of parties and so if you love partying, then spend time at this place.
The Vilanova Park has an amazing ambience and it will heighten your spirits as you walk through its various pools. Basically, the park has two large swimming pools. One of them has a fountain that is illuminated during the evenings and the whole concept of the pool had been designed by the famous engineer Buhigas. Another gigantic pool is located near the natural reserve and has the convenience of spa and other treatments. The tourists will be amazed by the wide choices available at the wellness centre near this pool. You get everything, from sauna to steam bath, and from Jacuzzi to gym. Massages of all kinds are also made available for the convenience of the tourists.
Besides this, you also get to see other sports activities and spend a day playing around with your friends and relatives. There are tennis courts, basketball ring and volleyball court as well. The park has a separate play area for the children.
