Zadroga claim is the life support for suffering victims

The 9/11 attack on the Twin Towers of America, came at such a time when the United States of America was being considered as a undefiable super power of the world. This devastating incident left the entire world in a state of shock as they mourned the death and trauma of millions of innocent victims who had fallen prey to this inhuman act. In fact, such was the impact of this shocking terrorist attack that its after-effects are being dealt with till date. Critical and life-threatening diseases, such as Acid Reflux Disease, Obstructive Airway Diseases, Obstructive Lung Defects, occupational asthma, Sarcoidosis, Asbestosis and Mesothelioma Cancer, have mercilessly spread amongst those present at and around the attack site on that fatal day, as a result of over exposure to gaseous chemicals released after the destruction.

Though nothing can bring back the lives and good health’s lost in that unfortunate incident, it is important to provide support to those who are suffering from the after-effects, even today. Thus, to enable the same, the government of the United States of America is trying to offer support to the traumatized victims by compensating for the damages caused to them through the Zadroga claim.

In January 2011, the president of the United States of America , signed the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act of 2010 (H.R. 847), called the Zadroga Act. Under this act, all ground zero workers, who had participated in the rescue and relief operation during the 9/11 World Trade Centre Attack , will be eligible to receive the Zadroga claim. These victims include-firefighters, police officers, construction and clean-up workers, life operation volunteers, emergency service workers, federal employees etc. Besides them, even residents of the World Trade Center area, such as the students studying in that locality and employees in and around the attack site, at the time of that fatal incident, are eligible to file for a Zadroga claim.

Zadroga claim provides for excellent health care facilities that the victim may not be able to otherwise afford, as a result of being critically ill. Not only this, but the Zadroga claim also extends complete financial aid to the victims, so as to enable them to shoulder the medical burden thus caused.

While the government has made sufficient provisions to adequately provide the Zadroga claim to those who have suffered extensive health and mental loss as a result of the 9/11 World Trade Centre Attack and genuinely sympathizes with and understands the extent of the damage caused, the authorities do not want this valuable Zadroga claim to go in the hands of any fraud or undeserving candidate.

Having said that, the Zadroga claim is also America’s way of expressing its thankfulness and admiration to these heroic brave hearts, who risked their lives selflessly for their nation, during the 9/11 WTC attack.

File for a Zadroga claim if you are suffering from the ill-efefcts of the 9/11 terrorist attack and get deserving compensation to improve your current health condition.
