Cotton Or Silk- Does It Matter?

There is this saying that 'all men are created equal'. While this may be true in a lot of cases, there are some cases that this saying can be completely wrong. Thats why, not all men are created equal and this difference in fashion equality can be among our wildest dreams because many factors can play a role in why some men prefer to wear silk robes other than cotton robes, when it comes to fashion, especially when they are at home and around their wives and family. Outside of the fact that some robes are cotton and some are silk, we know that this type of garment is worn within the home.
For why one man chooses one garment over the other, the reasons can depend a lot on comfort and style. While others may like the comfort of cotton, some men may like how the silk feels on their skin especially during the colder seasons of the year, while silk robes can give off a much cooler feel on the body during the warmer seasons. Style, playing its part, often provides the man a conscious feeling about how he looks, even when he is at home, and the thought of being decked-out in style while sitting in that favorite chair (Hugh Hefner does it, right?) at home most likely, makes them feel really well.
For any reason, in this matter, it is not silk robes vs. cotton robes; it definitely comes down to what is stylish for men while sitting at home. There is an added plus as well to the thought of wearing a robe at home and that is the wife. Yes. Some females like their men dressed for every event (just as well as some men like for themselves) and that includes lounging around the house in a silk or cotton robe.
Whatever the choice will be, some men may think that silk is better because silk seems to signify some type of status, so they wear it while, on the other hand, cotton robes can be deemed second or, below that of silk material. Then along comes the man whom can wear just about anything and make it look great in the process. At this time, we will come to the realization that there are both cotton and silk men in the world.
The bottomline is and whether one chooses silk or cotton, it will only matter to the man whom it should matter to - and that's the man who wears the garment. |
