Food now a days is playing a very great role in every country, especially the people who does the hands on work in the field or for the people who is in the growing up stage of their life (ex. infant, children or adolescent). We all know that food is one of the most important component of our life to have energy in every day, but now in some countries or almost all countries in the world are feeding on processed food. The good of processed foods is that they are instant when ever people want to eat they can do it, instant foods now a days are anywhere you can even buy it right in the store near your area. The important is that people have food to eat every day like pecans, Pecans are one of the most favorite nuts in the world. They are often used as an ingredient to make various types of dishes and desserts like pecans recipe. The good thing about this food is that it does not need to be processed because you can actually leave them in their natural state and they would still taste great. Nutritious food like pecan is very useful and delicious for adults, children, adolescent and all kind of ages as long as they will eat. Their are many types or ways of cooking the pecans either you will just toast, mix it with other dishes or sugared pecans recipe for those people who likes sweets. Eating about a handful of pecans either sugared pecans recipe or other recipe of pecan each day may play a role in protecting the nervous system, according to studies and Research. Researchers suggest vitamin E a natural antioxidant found in pecans may provide a key element to neurological protection shown in the study. Antioxidants are nutrients found in foods that help protect against cell damage, and studies have shown, can help fight diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, cancer and heart disease. That is why we really need to chose a food that we eat every day that will protect us in our daily life like pecans this will not just make our stomach feel full but also this will result to good healthy benefit to our body.
