Some hundreds of thousands of students take up the WBJEE exam every year and the same scenario will continue or will increase in number, in the upcoming WBJEE 2012. West Bengal joint entrance exam or WBJEE is one of the most preferred entrance exams in the state of West Bengal. Since this particular entrance test is considered as one of the valuable tests in the state for the aspirants of medical and engineering seats, it is becoming one of the coveted entrance exams, usually rated in the state as the next most important exam after IIT JEE and AIMPT. Through this entrance exam, it has become possible for the numerous students in the state to find admissions in the different colleges for the engineering and medical courses. Most of the government institutes as well as a few of the self financing institutes are said to admit the students from this exam. Due to the popularity, the competition also becomes quite high and the students need to go for the entrance exams with 3 very important features in mind.
Applying for the entrance – It is after the 10+2 exams that the students will be able to take the admissions through the WBJEE 2012 and therefore, the students need to look at the eligibility criteria. They are also needed to pass in the 10+2 exam and then only the admission will be materialised because this is the minimum qualification that is found in the eligibility. Filling up the application form for the exam should be done properly and send to the exam conducting body within the stipulated time. Then, the dates of significance like the date of entrance exam are to be remembered so that the students can justify all their efforts in the answer sheet.
Studying with strategy – The usual courses that are put to test in the entrance exam are biology, mathematic and the common subjects of physics and chemistry. Although the courses are of the 10+2 level, the questions are usually quite competitive and of high standard. This means that the candidates will have to prepare the courses according to the syllabus and do so with sincerity. Answering patterns should be observed and the questions are to be answered as directed in the paper. Patience -One more effort that is to be made by the students for successful attempt in the WBJEE 2012 is that of the maintenance of calmness and patience. This is essential because silly mistakes can occur due to the performance pressure that that the students are under.
When these features are fulfilled and the students show the due sincerity, they would be able to clear the WBJEE 2012 with better ranks. This will allow them to take admissions in the colleges and courses of their choice.
