The Superb Samsung Galaxy Note Provides An Array Of High End Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy Note is one of the most powerful smartphones available, and like its stablemates the Galaxy S2 and Galaxy Nexus, provides a wealth of Android powered functionality. The Galaxy Note is seemingly pitched at business users, although is has many impressive multimedia credentials.
In this article I will take a look at a couple of the key features of the Samsung Galaxy Note so you can get a picture of the user experience of this phone.
Stylus Pen
A Feature which seems to have fallen out of favour among many users is a stylus pen, which allows users to operate the touchscreen with increased precision and convenience. One of the main reasons that a stylus pen is suited to the Samsung Galaxy Note is that the TouchWiz interface has a handy feature which can recognise handwriting. You can therefore use the stylus pen to make notes, write text messages and emails etc, and when you are done, the software will convert your handwriting into digital text. If, like many mobile phone users you can write quicker than you can type on a Qwerty keyboard, the stylus pen may be a very desirable feature.
Internet Browsing
Without a decent internet connection, a smartphone would be all but useless. The Samsung Galaxy Note is perfectly equipped to browse the internet, thanks to a number of connection options, and good web browsing software. To connect to the internet, the handset utilises Wi-Fi as its most effective means. When you have access to local wireless networks, you can browse the net to your heart’s content, without using up your data allowance if you are on a restricted data tariff. The alternative option is to use 3G, when you are not within range of a wireless router. When using this method, you can enjoy data download speeds of up to 21 Mbps, which means that websites load quickly and YouTube videos stream with virtually zero buffering.
Touchscreen
The Samsung Galaxy Nexus is one of only a very small number of handsets which has a higher screen resolution than the retina display on the Apple iPhone 4S. At 800x 1280, the resolution o f the 5.2 inch screen makes this the ideal multimedia smartphone, as photos, videos, games and websites are all displayed in high quality with excellent levels of detail and clarity. The screen is made from Gorilla glass, which is proven to be tougher than standard touchscreen materials, so it can withstand the occasional drop without fear of smashing the screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Note is one of the most advanced smartphones available, and as you can see, it cuts no corners to provide the ultimate smartphone experience. As well as the features I have outlined above, the handset also boasts an 8 megapixel camera with 1080p video capture, a dual-core processor and downloadable apps from the Android Market. I would recommend the Samsung Galaxy Note to anyone who is looking for an alternative to the Apple iPhone series, or the numerous HTC models which are currently flooding the market.
