The Best Toy Story 3 Mattel Kid s Toys Play Sets

The combination of the hit movie Toy Story 3 with the perennially popular Hot Wheels and Barbie brands from top toymaker Mattel produced some of the best-selling kid s toys of the franchise. Here s a short guide to some of the most popular products that brought the Toy Story characters together with Hot Wheels and Barbie.
Hot Wheels Toy Story 3 Claw Rescue Track Set. Remember the end of the movie, where Woody and his friends are rescued from an incinerator by the green aliens using a giant claw? You can recreate that scene at home with this play set that features a one-loop gravity track with light and sound effects, as well as a 1:64 scale Toy Story Hot Wheels character car. Players dare each other to see who can take the car down the ramp and through the loop, then use the claw to grab the car before it goes off the edge. The track can be used with all Hot Wheels cars and is appropriate for ages four and up.
Hot Wheels Toy Story 3 Sparks Turbo Launcher. Intended for use with the Claw Rescue Track Set, this colorful launcher designed in the shape of a robot allows two cars to be launched at once from its arms. The set also comes with a Hot Wheels Toy Story 3 1:64 character car.
Hot Wheels die-cast character cars. These 1:64 scale cars are inspired by the Toy Story 3 characters including Woody, Buzz and Hamm and feature their characteristic color schemes. The dolls come with outfits inspired by Toy Story 3 and feature a mini-Woody or Buzz backpack clip. It also has a brush accessory so you can brush Barbie s hair to keep it neat. Barbie is also available in a Made for Each Other gift set with a Ken figure.
Toy Story 3 Astronaut Barbie/Bookworm Buddy Pack. These kid s toys packs feature two characters from the film and the figures are two inches tall. With this pack you can recreate the scene where Barbie pretends to be Ken by putting on his spacesuit outfit in order to get the instruction manual for a Buzz Lightyear from the Bookworm, who keeps them in a closet at the Sunnyside Daycare Center. |
