Given that a lot of youngsters never send Christmas cards, except to their Granny, this is good news for the industry. It is not that youngsters do not send Christmas greetings they just prefer to do it online or via text. Not only is doing it that way cheaper it is easier. Most of the time funny Christmas cards are well received and provide a bright spot for many people at Christmas. However, when sending any humorous card you need to be a little careful. It is all too easy to offend someone if they do not share your sense of humour. Sometimes it is obvious other times it is not so obvious.
If you want to send a rude humorous Christmas card it is obvious that it is not a good idea to send one to someone who leaves the room when someone is telling a dirty joke. However, what may not be so obvious is the need not to send a funny ‘bah humbug’ card to someone who adores Christmas.
All it takes to make sure that funny Christmas cards are enjoyed is a bit of forethought. It is worth taking your time when choosing them. There are plenty of great places to buy them both online and offline, so sending a funny card is just as easy as sending a glittery star one.
