Time to shine

The warmer weather brings many beautiful things out from their cold wintry hideout. Flowers bloom, leaves grow on trees and you even get to see more wildlife once the cold winter months have gone.
However, possibly the best thing about spring and summer are the cars. You can almost guarantee that when the temperature hits double figures and we see the first decent spell of sunshine that you’ll begin to see more classic, convertible and sports cars out on the road. Understandably, owners of these cars don’t want to drive them around in the winter. There aren’t many of us who, if we owned a Porsche or Ferrari, would drive them through the snow to pop to the local shops. It’s just not practical and there’s no point putting such a beautiful and expensive car at risk.
Some people may say that the good weather gives the owners of expensive cars a chance to show off, and why not? Just about anybody who has a car takes pride in their vehicle. In whatever way we can, we like them to look good and be a pleasure to drive. Not everyone has the time, money or inclination to restore a classic car so some of us like to treat our vehicles to a wash, polish and some new car accessories such as car seat covers or new car mats.
