Deepak Kamani has re-structured the brand Zuri and revealed information on its asset management policies. To expand his business he was having a talk with private investor as there was huge market for hotels and resorts. Deepak Kamani has invested corers of corers money for his business.
Zuri Group Global is a multi-national conglomerate having interests in many business field sectors. Real-estate, energy floriculture and hospitality are the various interests that Zuri Group Global has expanded his business, says Deepak Kamani. Chamanlal Kamani is the founder of Zuri Group Global. He is also the Chair person of this Zuri Group Global. Deepak Kamani and Rashmi Kamani are the two sons of Chamanlal Kamani. Sudha Ruparell is the sister of Deepak Kamani and Rashmi Kamani.
Deepak Kamani group has developed many luxurious hotels and resorts. Deepak Kamani named those hotels and resorts under the brand name of Zuri. Deepak Kamani hotels and resorts provide best hospitality services to entire customers. Deepak Kamani, Speaking upon the articulation said that restructuring of Zuri hotels and resorts helps in bringing the target customer closer. Deepak Kamani says that by doing this, a new bolder and clearer brand image will emerged. Deepak Kamani also said that this new brand image will focused on the expansion plan of the hotel group.
Deepak Kamani said that in addition to the announcement made for re-structuring of brand Zuri, that group has also revealed information on its asset management policies. Deepak Kamani said that Zuri group having multiple interests in various sector such as hospitality, real-estate, energy and floriculture has expand their business across Europe, Asia and Africa. Deepak Kamani said that the group has maintained their hospitality services in India. Deepak Kamani further said that these star properties in Goa, Bangalore and Kumarakom now invested into asset management.
Deepak Kamani said that the group is now stretching asset management in Southern and Eastern Part of India. Deepak Kamani said that the group wanted to grow their business strategy and so Deepak Kamani was in the talk with few businessmen. Deepak Kamani group has acquired 10-15 properties to start their hotels and resorts. Deepak Kamani said that asset management is the key to the success for Zuri group global in near future.
Deepak Kamani said that the group has invested Rs 450 corers in 2 properties. Deepak Kamani continued, one property is located in India and other in Nairobi, Kenya. Deepak Kamani invests this money outside India as Deepak Kamani wanted to grow his business outside India. Deepak Kamani said that the group is investing 200 corers in their real estate business. Deepak Kamani wanted to build luxury villa project in Goa, so Deepak Kamani invested money.
Deepak Kamani finally concluded by saying that currently the group is making a turnover of 250 crores. Deepak Kamani further said that in near future the industry would work towards an IPO. |
