Bertch Cabinet Mfg., Inc. reserves the right to inspect products that have been deemed by the customer to be defective. No merchandise returns, replacement of any items or repair to the goods in question may be made without the company's prior written agreement. Certain replacement parts may be different from the items initially provided and are dependent on availability. There is no assumption by the company for any other liability in association with the sale of the company's product.
This warranty is the sole guarantee of the company in the case of all other warranties, including any commercial and suitability for actual use. There will be labor costs for removing or installing guaranteed goods as well as related or significant damages is not included.
