Planning a lesson is vital in order to make your lesson a success. Spontaneity in every day life is good however if you set about doing your lessons without planning then you will not be as successful in the lesson. Having free lesson plans is an ideal way to ensure that your lesson is still well planned however they leave you with more time to do other things which are also vital in creating a successful lesson such as marking, collecting resources and making the classroom environment a more pleasant place for your students to study.
A teacher has to teach for around 6 hours a day, five days a week with each lesson being needed to be different and individual. A Childs education is very important and what you teach them and the lessons that you teach will stay with go with them for the rest of their lives. A Childs education is very important as if they are taught well and the lessons are successful then they will be more likely to get a good job in their later life. Planning a lesson takes up a lot of time, and as every teacher must follow the national curriculum then set free lesson plans are ideal as the rest of the country will be having to teach the same things, therefore the free lesson plans will be good to saved you a lot of time and effort. The lesson plans can then be used or simply tweaked.
Teachers cannot be well all the time so lesson plans are a fantastic resource just in case the teacher becomes ill and a supply teacher has to be sent in. A free lesson plan can be simply found online and then printed off and then the students in the class do not miss out on vital teaching time and the supply teacher knows exactly what they are to spend the day(s) doing.
If you do not plan then you are more than likely not going to meet the required standards needed in schools today. All schools must have an OFSTED inspection and poorly planned lessons would result in the school getting a poor mark in the inspection and it could risk the schools reputation and then it could end up getting shut down. Free lesson plans would ensure that you always had a good lesson formula and not risk it being a disaster. |
