A lot of kids get excited come Halloween time because it is the time when they can wear colorful costumes. Trick or treating is one activity that really excites them. But do you know that it is not only the children who like Halloween? Adults also are excited about this because they also like the idea of wearing costumes. However, this is not to go trick or treating but to go to Halloween parties. They are not after candies and chocolates but the prize and the prestige of being rewarded as Best in Halloween Costume. If you want to win this award but you are lacking ideas at this point, here are some suggestions. You can surely find an adult costume suggestion that will make you a real winner.
A classic adult costume would be a vampire costume. This is applicable to both ladies and gentlemen alike. For ladies, all you need is a long black dress and fake fangs. But you can be creative about it by wearing a different color. Red for one would be good. And if you really want to be unique, other colors would do like white, pink or yellow. Just don't forget the fangs. And of course, do not forget to put on makeup that would make you look fierce. For guys, you can wear coat and tie and again the plastic fangs. Another adult costume would be your all time favorite cartoon character. For ladies, you can be princesses. Surely you dreamt of becoming one when you were young so why not live out that dream now. But do not wear your favorite princess' costume as is. Make it sexier since you are already an adult by making the neckline lower or by having the skirt shorter. Most princesses wear gowns with ballroom skirts but you can ask your designer to make a sexier version of it. A figure-hugging princess' gown would definitely catch attention. For guys, you can make yourself that charming prince all the princesses like. Wear your costume with an attitude and all those ladies who will come as princesses will surely run after you.
Another adult costume would be the zombie costume. It is the easiest to make. Just tear old clothes and put bloodstains and you're all set.
You can also choose to be a witch or a wizard. Ladies, it is easy to become a witch for a night. You just need to wear a black dress, a pointed hat and carry a wand. If you want, you can also bring a long broomstick. Some wear fake long pointed fingernails. Guys, you really need to wear a robe. It would be hard to identify you as a wizard without it. And also do not forget the wand.
