Board games have developed massively over the years. As a baby my reminiscences of board games had been Monopoly, Draughts, Cluedo, Guess Who and many many more. All games that we may play as a family to cross the time away. Hours of fun was had by all.
My favourite game was Monopoly a sport that give me an perception to Actual Property (satirically enough, I now have a profession as an Estate Agent). Is that a coincidence or did my childhood obsession with Monopoly play on by subconscious?
Many Sunday afternoons have been spent with my 4 sisters taking part in, or should I say rowing over this fabulous game. The first row would normally be about who wish to be the iron, shoe, automotive etc (these have been the objects that you needed to chose from to symbolize you on the board as you performed). My favourite was always the dog!
The next row could be about who went first, after which the following can be about who would play the position of the Banker.
Lastly the sport would begin, and how a lot fun we had. Hours and hours of enjoyable week after week.

The disadvantage to this, in my opinion is that the family getting collectively and interacting with one another seems to be a factor of the past. |
