Personalised Golf Gifts for birthdays

Golf is no longer a game for the elite or retired. It now crosses all social boundaries and the range of accessories that are available encompasses that new range of golfers. Whether you play on a public course, or one of the prime courses that permeate the country, golf accessories will allow you to make statements about yourself. Those statements can also be extended to off course golf accessories.

Clothing

Clothing for golf needs to be comfortable yet, at the same time, can be very colourful. Trousers in particular need to fit well so that they do not hamper your freedom of swing. The same applies to the polo shirt or jumper you wear. The business of clothing design has now extended to some senior players and they have their own range of clothing. Some is subdued and you will blend in and some, such as the range created by Ian Poulter, will allow you to stand out on the golf course or indeed anywhere else. Golf shoes are an essential item and the comfort of these is essential. A good pair will not only allow for comfortable walking but will also allow for good support to ensure you have a balanced swing.

Golf bags

These can be designed for you to carry, or for you to place on a trolley. On occasions some clubs will dictate that no trolleys are allowed so the comfort of a golf bag is essential. The bag should sit comfortably on your shoulder and may be designed to carry the name of the manufacturer, or may be used to promote your own business with the company logo appended.

Off the golf course

Cuff links are a favourite to indicate that you are a golfer. The will traditionally have a two crossed golf clubs on them. Your tankard may be etched with the name of your local club or just a set of clubs. Ties can now be bought which indicate your golfing allegiance.

Almost everything can now be personalized including balls, grips, stationery, umbrellas and your leather goods such as your credit card holder. Golf accessories are now big business.
