Alveo Land Inc., (ALI) the upscale advancement branch for innovative organizations of the country’s biggest real-estate organization Ayala Land Inc., is making an investment of P5 billion for the development of the Makati Central Business District – North region generally known as "The Lerato" inside of Makati’s mainly upscale residential hub.
Alveo Land chief executive Dan Abando mentioned the fledgling business district entails the building of nearly a hectare of Ayala assets in the Reposo area that will comprise of 3 high rises and a retail industry aspect.

“We have several multi-unit bidders or bulk buyers of 10 units each,” Abando had stated observing that the bulk of the 540 residential units is comprised of 420 studio units to provide to young and skillful urban professionals with monthly salary paychecks of around P100,000 to P180,000.
