The company does not permit you the authority as an Allianz Preferred agent to make or alter a contract for the company or modify any rules. You cannot reinstate a lapsed policy or extend the time to pay premium. You should also not deliver a life Policy if you have reason to believe that the health of the proposed insured is not according to that given in the policy application. The company will give the statements of earnings, charges, loans and repayments to all Allianz Preferred agents.
