Simple Muscle Building Exercises

If you want simple muscle building tips, then you are reading the right article. Building muscles can really be a hard work and there are hundreds and hundreds of exercises out there which claim they can help you get the job done. Although most of these exercises are really effective, not all of them are applicable to your taste and capabilities. Besides, if you have just started the quest to a muscular body, going for the simplest moves can be the wiser choice.

Below are three exercises that can help you pack on great amount of muscles. Even by the time you have already progressed through the pursuit, these exercises can always remain as your core exercises.

Squats

Yes, squats are very effective when you are trying to build muscles. Basically, they are a leg-building exercise. However, they also cover other parts of the body.

In order to perform squats, you should first stand up straight and rest a barbell across your shoulders. Then, bend at the knees and hips. As you bend, lower the barbell down. Your thighs must almost be parallel to the floor. Then, after reaching the parallel point, push the barbell back where it started.

During squats, the glutes, hamstrings, and quadriceps are the main muscle groups that are engaged into action. However, the ones in your shoulders, lower back, and adductors are also pulled into action during the exercise. As there are a lot of muscle groups involved when performing squats, doing them is truly one of the best muscle building tips anyone can give you. As you may already know, the more muscles are pushed to work, the more muscles can grow and develop.

Bench Press

Bench press has long been used to gauge a weight lifter s strength. People who have been building muscles for some time know that just by the amount of bench they do, other lifters can already say how strong they are.

Bench press is a very simple exercise but it is very effective because it covers the pectorals (entire chest), deltoids (front shoulders), and the triceps. It is known to be the biggest builder of the upper body because it allows this area to move almost all the weight.

When doing a bench press, you need to lie on your back on a bench. Then, hold the barbell a bit wider than your shoulder grip and press it straight down to your chest. Then, push it up. Repeat.

Wide Grin Chin Up

This exercise targets the lateral muscles but also improves the upper back, forearms, and biceps. In order to do this exercise, you need to use a chin up bar. Hold it in a wide grip. Make sure your palms are facing away from the body. Then, do the hanging position with the arms extended completely. Pull yourself up and reach over the bar with your chin. Then, get back on the first position.

These are some muscle building tips that will help you develop a stronger and sexier body. Try them now!
