Your thighs must almost be parallel to the floor. Then, after reaching the parallel point, push the barbell back where it started.

Bench press is a very simple exercise but it is very effective because it covers the pectorals (entire chest), deltoids (front shoulders), and the triceps. It is known to be the biggest builder of the upper body because it allows this area to move almost all the weight.
When doing a bench press, you need to lie on your back on a bench. Then, hold the barbell a bit wider than your shoulder grip and press it straight down to your chest. Then, push it up. Repeat.

Make sure your palms are facing away from the body. Then, do the hanging position with the arms extended completely. Pull yourself up and reach over the bar with your chin.
