Our rental process is easy and our automated system together with our expert team ensures order accuracy. We ship anywhere in the continental US via UPS and we assure you of timely deliveries and exceptional service. It is best to order as soon as possible to ensure that you get availability of the various items.
Your order will arrive at least two days prior to your event. We triple check your orders to make sure you receive everything you ordered. You must however, add 5% extra than what you may actually need so that even last minute guests have enough napkins.

If you have something different in mind that is not available on the website, we would be happy to assist you with customizing your requirement. We have an online linen chart to help you match the right size linen with the tables. We would be pleased to have you fix an appointment with us and come over to our showroom, so that our staff is able to facilitate the decision making process for your event. Our expert staff will actually set up a table for you to help you to see what your guests will experience on that day.

On the day of the event, we expect your guests to spill food, wine, coffee or drinks on them. Please do not worry as luckily all this comes off in 99% of our linens. However, we expect you to avoid any contact with paint, crayons, candle wax and other materials that could damage or stain the fabric. Please use candle holders that can catch or absorb wax as you would have to pay replacement charges for burn-holes or rips.
After your event, kindly re-pack the used linens into the laundry bag provided for dirty laundry. When we ship the rental products, we attach the pre-paid return shipping label to the duffel bag for your convenience. All you have to do is take it to a location where UPS picks up or the nearest UPS store. To avoid any additional rental charges and mildew damages to linen, ship it the first business day after your event. |
