Freshers Jobs In IT And Other Sectors In Delhi And Bangalore, Give Prospective Choices

For every student, the dream is to find a job in which he or she can make a long lasting career. In the days after the studies are over, this is perhaps one of the most concerning things that is in the minds of the students, as well as in the minds of their parents. People want that their wards get into careers which are stable, well paid and where they can learn things to move up the ladder of hierarchy.
But as a fresher, one is bound to have the butterflies in the stomach, as to the nature of the jobs, in which one is going to land up. These young, fresh graduates or post graduates are nowadays having solutions to this problem of theirs. In the large cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore, there are plenty of jobs that are on offer and many of them are published in the employment news for the students and job seekers to keep track of.
Multinational companies, software giants, and many other IT based organizations require a young workforce which is also adequately knowledgeable and educated. For these companies, the work profile is like an offshoring or outsourcing work, which are not very difficult, but require manpower and a little bit of skill. Although the later criterion of skill can be learnt in no time, the factor of manpower places India and the metro cities in a commanding position.
Due to this particular feature, many freshers IT jobs are found in Delhi, where various software and IT based companies are coming up in large numbers. A few years back, there were such companies and they were getting their major share of work and projects from foreign based companies.
Today, there are even more companies which have spread to the silicon valley of India, Bangalore, to the southern metro of Chennai and to the financial capital of India, Mumbai. In all these cities, the primary cause of the boom in freshers jobs is that the cities are housing a large number of companies of such profiles which are requiring fresh graduates mostly to work in flexible shifts. Since IT and ITes based works require a continuous work, to meet deadlines, the workforce, or the number of employees has to be large.
Most of the companies that are shifting their bases to Bangalore are creating the jobs in Bangalore and are also aware that they can find the required candidates in and around this city. The same scenario is being dictated in the towns of Delhi and Chennai, where people from neighbouring towns and cities are coming into the metro to get a job. Although the purpose of getting into the jobs might be different for different people, the common phenomenon is being reflected in the large number of people who are ready to join the jobs for freshers in these cities.
What started as a few business process outsourcing projects, has now turned into a full fledged industry, where people from different aspects of life and educational backgrounds are getting together to work for their respective companies. Some might rue the longevity of such jobs, but the fact that they are an opportunity for the students to start a life that is independent of any other financial restraints, has brought many people to the doorsteps of such jobs for freshers providing companies. |
