Out with the old and in with the new garden office.

Anyone who has ever sat in a traffic jam heading for the office knows all too well the frustration of wasting time on the way to work; you rush out of the house only to spend forty minutes motionless on the motorway. By the time you arrive you're late, you're irritable, and you've missed the morning meeting. With the rise of computing and internet-based jobs increasing numbers are choosing to work from home. Sounds like the perfect solution; the home office saves both you and your boss time and money. You can listen to music, sit in a comfortable chair and cook something economical and healthy for lunch. Whether it's budget, money, the environment, mobility issues, children at home or exasperation with the commute... for many people the home office is the answer.

However, for many more it simply isn't feasible to dedicate a whole room in the house to work, and trying to work on the kitchen counter amongst the breakfast dishes or at a tiny desk in the bedroom can be a challenge. If you haven't got the space to put together a home office indoors, perhaps it's time to join the increasing numbers of writers, artists and executives choosing garden studios and offices in dedicated garden office buildings. Attractive, eco-friendly and durable garden rooms can be designed to specification to make the most of your garden and its natural light. What are you waiting for? Artists in garden studios all over the country are working in airy, quiet rooms with no distractions, and more and more savvy executives are quitting the commute in favour of the perfect garden office.
