Storage solutions for those who like to shop

Most of us love to shop and as fashion really comes into its own there are many men and women out there who just cannot resist buying clothes. Any excuse to add to your wardrobe and most of us will probably take it. A new season means we require an entire new look, or a specific event or even just a night out can often spur us on into purchasing new items.
The problem with most people is that rather than replace existing items in our wardrobe, most of us just add to it. This is great for ourselves as it obviously gives us a lot more choice, however not always good for our homes as we struggle to find enough space for storage.
There are a few simple steps you can take to ensure you can fit as many clothes as possible into your house, without it looking over crowded. If you have wardrobes which are tall enough to have two levels of rails then this can be a lifesaver. Having a top and bottom rail enables you to effectively fit twice the amount of clothes into the same space, which is always a good thing.
Using other items of furniture for storage is also a good idea. Divan beds with drawers are fantastic as they create a vast amount of extra storage but take up no additional space. Drawers in divan beds can either be used for specific clothing items or can be used to put other items such as towels or bed sheets in, which will in turn free up space in other cupboards or wardrobes.
