Take a look at your sales copy, or ad copy, and pay attention to your benefits because they must be done right and must have an impact on the reader. In other words, you have to make every effort to show your prospect what benefit they will get out of buying your product. Benefit bullets explain the benefits of whatever you're selling, product or service or even a newsletter; and they have to express the benefits in terms of emotional fulfillment. This is extremely helpful because most of the readers will just skim through your sales copy and won't read it in detail, until they hit something that interests them. You see, when people are skimming they will actually read the bullets because they are short; and then they can understand and know what your product will do for them. Keep your bullet points short and to the point, and don't add any unnecessary info. Benefits are derived from features, they are features expressed in emotional terms that the reader wants to have.

People do not like having their time wasted, so get to the heart of the matter early on in your copy. If required, remove the first few paragraphs so that the prospect doesn't feel bogged down and understands the main USP of your product.

Whatever you do, make all efforts to keep studying about conversion rates and how to improve them.
