The Versatile Nokia E7 Comes With A Slide Out Qwerty Keyboard

The Nokia E7 has only recently been released in the UK, and already has many fans. It is one of the most versatile and advanced handsets from Nokia, boasting a large touchscreen, slide out QWERTY keyboard and an 8 megapixel camera.
In this article I will focus on some of the main selling points of the camera so you can decide if it is the right smartphone for you.
Slide Out Keyboard
Undoubtedly one of the main selling points of the Nokia E7 is its slide out QWERTY keyboard. Revealing itself from beneath the screen it is perfectly laid out to provide an efficient means of text entry for people such as business users, or those who like to stay productive on the move, for example students. It is also great for those who send a lot of emails or SMS messages, or even those who simply prefer the use of a physical keyboard over a touchscreen. Additionally there is also an onscreen QWERTY keyboard, which is great for use when you only have one free hand, and can be much more convenient than using the physical keyboard with two hands at certain times.
8 Megapixel Digital Camera
Whilst it may not offer the same pixel resolution as its stablemate the Nokia N8 (boasting a whopping 12 megapixel camera) the 8 megapixel offering on the Nokia E7 is capable of taking superb quality snapshots. The resolution of 3624x 2448 means that the results are great, with high levels of detail and clarity in the resulting images. The camera is also packed with enough image enhancing features to keep photography enthusiasts busy for hours, yet remains easy enough to use for beginners or those who simply want to take the occasional snapshot when out and about. Fixed focus, dual-LED flash, face detection and geo-tagging are some of the included features of the camera. As an added bonus the camera can also double up as a video camera, capturing 720p HD footage. Thanks to an HDMI TV-out port, you can even stream your handiwork to a compatible TV and enjoy your photos and video on the big screen.
Of course there is much more to the Nokia E7 than its keyboard and camera; comprehensive multimedia compatibility, a powerful processor, internet browsing with social networking integration, and the ability to create, view and edit Microsoft Office documents are all included right out of the box.
If you are in the market for a new smartphone, the Nokia E7 may be worth a closer look, especially if you want something different to the Apple and Android offerings which everyone seems to have these days.
