Breakfast Recipes: Useful Ideas for a Delicious and Nutritious Breakfast

Numerous people refrain from eating good ideas and at times forgo it completely to thwart excess food intake and lose fat. But it doesn't have to be like that.In this post I will lay down a few simple but effective ideas for a nutritious breakfast:
1. Granola with Low Fat Yogurt - My preferred dish! It's simple, flavorsome, and very healthy. Get some granola of your choice and get some pure low-fat yogurt. Myself, I seek either high fiber, flaxseed, or both. Once you've the substances, the recipe is easy. All you do is load your bowl with fat-free yogurt and sprinkle some granola on top. For great flavor, add fresh fruit!
A small bowl will be able to give you about 25% of your full day's recommended protein. This meal can also mask your food cravings, moreover the fiber and protein will maintain you active and optimistic all through the day.
2. Fruitty Butter Shake - A great resource of protein and a good means to start your day- and is also one of the tastiest shakes you can ever eat! Place almost all or several of these substances into the food processor: 12-15 blueberries, 5 strawberries, two tablespoons peanut butter, one teaspoon flaxseed, 3 tbsp plain fat free yogurt. These are my favorites, please put in or subtract to according to your preferences.
This shake can catalyze your energy levels and will get you by the day, making you feel like you are literally on complete control control!
3. Veggie Shooter! - Its everything a protein shake is, and more! All you want is an open mind for this, and be prepared to see your energy levels propel. Also, get the blender out and blend these elements: Squeeze one lemon into the mix and add 1 full cup of water, then put in chopped celery, cucumber, fresh spinach, carrots, and parsley. Liquefy and serve!
I like to drink this 1 or 2 times per week. This makes sure that I get the vital quantities of magnesium, potassium, Vitamin A, and Vitamin C. Additional benefit of this shake: you will not feel that "full" feeling of a lead ball in your stomach, but your body will feel satisfied for the next few hours! |
