LDS Books of scripture containing encouraging bible verses of Jesus Christ

There are many LDS books which testify of Jesus Christ. One of these is The Book of Mormon which the Mormons believe to be another Testament of Jesus Christ. This means that this LDS Book of scripture claims to contain many different evidences of Jesus Christ and of his mission of salvation. It has now been two thousand years since Jesus lived on the earth. Many are doubting the truth of his mission and claim that he was just a prophet of his day. There are even many Christian scholars who are putting forth this idea. Wouldn't it be important if there were other books which were a witness of the messianic mission of Jesus Christ? It has been stated that more than one witness is necessary to document a claim. Having another book containing not only the messianic mission of Jesus Christ but also containing inspirational Bible verses can only be a great thing.
The Book of Mormon has many different bible quotes that testify of Jesus. Many of these bible quotes come from the books of Isaiah, who was one of the greatest prophets to testify of Jesus Christ and his mission. One of the Book of Mormon prophets known as Nephi wrote many of the words of Isaiah in the Book of Mormon. He wrote them so he could show his people about the mission of Jesus Christ. He stated that the words of Isaiah are plain to be understood by those who have the spirit with them.
There are other prophecies in the LDS books of scripture that show praise and worship of Jesus Christ and what he will do for his people. They discuss how he will be born in Bethlehem of a virgin. They also state how he will be able to understand their trials and tribulations due to his suffering. His mission was to atone for the sins of all the children of Heavenly Father. The LDS book of scripture known as the Book of Mormon contains many evidences and discussions of this atonement and the necessity of it.
Amulek, a prophet testified to a group of wicked people that Jesus would not save the people in their sins since that would go against this word. He instead stated that he would save his people from their sins. That means that he is true to the biblical statement that no unclean thing can enter into heaven. It is only through the salvation of Jesus Christ that we are able to overcome our sins and enter heaven as clean individuals.
Another prophet gave a warning to those who rebel against the teachings of Jesus Christ. He stated that those who know something is wrong and still do it are not candidates for the saving power of Jesus. He states that only through repentance and faith on the Lord Jesus Christ will we be able to be saved.
Ether was a prophet who wrote: "..now I would commend you to seek this Jesus of whom the prophets have written, that the Grace of God the Father, and also the Lord Jesus Christ may be in and abide in you forever."
There are many other encouraging bible verses in the LDS books which testify of Jesus Christ. I would encourage you to seek them out and make your testimony of Jesus Christ stronger. You may find these verse as an inspiration to you in your lives.
