Unlike many rooms, when it comes to the bathroom it is not necessarily what is in there, but rather what is not that is important. Therefore when it comes to buying bathroom suites, less is most definitely more.
The bathroom is the last bastion of total indulgence we have left in our homes. Being able to retire to a space that is all about us relaxing and pampering ourselves is extremely appealing and therefore when we go into our bathrooms, we do not want to feel claustrophobic and completely boxed in by everything around us. Next time you find yourself in an extremely spacious bathroom, notice just how opulent it feels, regardless of the actual decor itself. However, once you add in an attractive bath and the right tiles, suddenly the room becomes far more alluring than any other room in a house could ever be.
For those with only very small bathrooms, getting such a look can seem completely impossible. However, no matter what size the room is, the right choices can still lead to the room feeling far more spacious, and in turn far more luxurious.
Many companies specialising in bathroom furniture will offer slim ranges that are perfect to optimise space whilst actually increasing the look of the room at the same time. From slim wall mounted cabinets to heated towel rails to replace radiators, there are a huge number of alterations that can be made to ensure that even the smallest room suddenly has all the space that you need.
Certain bathroom suites will simply serve to create the illusion of more space and of course, since you are unlikely to have any plans to swing cats in there, the illusion of space will often be as good as creating space itself.
