This month, injection moulding experts Agentdraw are celebrating their 20th birthday. One more year and they will be able to design and injection-mould their own key for the front door. As one of the most successful and well respected companies in their field, they have managed to retain their status as a family run business, whilst also expanding to deal with Europe. But, twenty years on, just what is the key to their success?
With state of the art machinery and recent investments into a whole host of new facilities, it is clear this isn’t your average family business. Yet, despite the growth in terms of customer base and potential they have indeed managed to retain their core ethics and business principals. It is this focus on customer needs above the businesses growth that has ensured they have managed to retain such a large client base, and rather than holding them back has been one of the main reasons they have prospered.
However, it is not just attitude, but also skill and more importantly versatility that have ensured they have become one of the best companies in their sector. For a start, whilst they are principally involved in the injection moulding process, it is not all they do, and instead they offer support, advice and facilities for every step of the process from product design through to completion.
By offering a more complete package including the product design, Agentdraw are able to tailor a much more efficient and focussed package to each individual client, meaning that any potential problems can be overcome before a job has even begun, and in turn customers can ensure they are getting the very best product for them rather than something that may be of excellent quality but doesn’t actually fulfil their needs.
And with their 20th birthday celebrations in full flow, it looks likely that they will prosper to a very ripe age indeed.
