The Impressive E6 From Nokia Offers Great Functionality For Both Business And Personal Users

Nokia have unveiled the newest addition to their E series of handsets in the form of the E6. This range has always been geared towards the average business user however this new model is so laden with features that it can easily cross over into the mainstream market. Not content with offering full Qwerty functionality, the phone hosts a great standard of multi media facilities as well as a high quality screen, an area often neglected when a full keypad is present.

What is pleasing to see with this model is despite Nokias attempts to cram the phone full of other features, the business side of affairs has not been forgotten and the facilities on offer are as you would expect to find on a handset such as this. Perhaps the most important of these facilities is the phones ability to synchronise with Microsoft Outlook. Outlook is a programme that merges e mails, calendars and contacts together all in one place and is a vital tool for many people working in an office environments. The beauty of the E6s ability to link with Outlook is that not only are emails delivered to your handset in real time just like an SMS message, contacts automatically find their way into your phonebook and the phone will also inform you of upcoming appointments. Effectively this offers you your office computer desktop but whilst you are on the move. Another Microsoft programme can be found on this handset in the shape of Communicator, an application that enables you to create, edit and share Powerpoint, Excel and Word documents. Should you find yourself travelling to see a client and are unsure of directions, take advantage of the phones Ovi maps facility which uses an in built GPS system to act as a satellite navigation tool. For the business user the E6 really covers all bases and more.

The Nokia E6 complete with its full Qwerty keypad will also appeal to any general user who finds themselves spending a lot of time sending e mails and messaging thanks to the physical presence of keys. Nokia have acknowledge this and given the E6 some features that make the phone a pleasure to use in general everyday circumstances. Your personal e mails can also be accessed instantly and also from multiple accounts thanks to an inbox that places all accounts together on one easy to read page. Social networking is also an area that many modern phone users take advantage of and the two biggest names in this field are integrated in this handset. Feeds from both Facebook and Twitter can appear in real time on your homescreen enabling you to always know what is going on in the world around you without having to log into various different applications and accounts.

The Nokia E6 is the perfect business companion that we always expected it would be, however what is refreshing is the high standard of other features that make this model a great all round phone that will appeal to all different areas of the market.
