Binaural Tones for Sleeping Disorders


In the United States of America, at least 70 million people are reported to have difficulty in sleeping or reaching deep sleep. The majority of these people have no physical condition that accompanies their sleeping disorders. On the other hand , the high levels of stress prevent them from getting to sleep or obtaining enough sleep.

According to studies, stress can cause the production of various chemicals in the body. These chemicals may result to several illnesses if not taken into consideration promptly and properly. Stress also causes increase in an individual's blood pressure and the muscles to remain tense. Furthermore, stress can affect the nonessential systems in accordance with the brain including the immune and digestive systems. One comes form each ear and one from the stereo headphones. The brain can hear different frequencies. More so, it responds to such frequencies through emitting its own beat or frequency. The frequency emitted by the brain is the difference in the frequency lengths of the two tones.

Binaural tones are introduced through the stereo headphones. These tones are generally embedded in natural sounds including rain, waterfalls, or waves among others. They are often in the form of CDs or MP3 files. Thus, they are convenient to use for the reason that you can bring them anywhere or use them every time you prefer. All you have to do is turn on the music with embedded binaural beats and let your mind drift into a soothing state. Just as in anything you want to perfect, you may need to practice listening to these tones to achieve their full benefits.

When listening to music with embedded binaural beats or tones, your breathing would sooner or later slow while stress and tension go out of your system. It may only take 10 to 15 minutes for the brain to reach a relaxed mode. As you reach a relaxed state, you can either sleep or act in a refreshed state. It is the same as the principle of hypnosis although listening to binaural beats does not need a middleman. More so, you would not have to worry about any side effects. Binaural beats are able to identify the source of your sleeping disorder and allows the brain to accept sleep in the right way. Binaural tones allow the brain to relax. Once the brain is in a relaxed mode, it would send a message to every part of the body to prepare to shut down. As such, you would be able to get to sleep.
