Property in Noida: A Prospective Investment

Post liberalization Delhi has seen a huge influx of settlers from across the country. About 85% of its population is non-Delhiite. Being the capital of one of the most populated States of the developing world it poses a lot of challenges to the outsiders.

Under the Emergency Period (1975-1977) Sanjay Gandhi created an industrial town that we now know as NOIDA (New Okhla Industrial Development Area). Today Noida is on 17th position in terms cleanliness and maintenance, beating other three towns of the NCR- Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Gurgaon. About 20 kms from the capital it is surrounded by the Yamuna and Hindon River. It falls under the catchment area of Yamuna River. Located on the old river bed it is rich and loamy and sustains green vegetables, wheat and sugarcane. The area's flora includes dry deciduous trees like Sal, Sheesham and Teak. Noida has shown phenomenal growth in the last 2 decades and today it stands equal to any other IT city. Also it is one of the prime Media hubs with both leading and start-up media corporations.

Apart from the basic necessities that an investor would look for, it offers several advantages that you get in metropolitans. Most parts of Noida are lush green with fresh ambiance. It offers great connectivity with other towns especially New Delhi. The expressways and Metros have made traveling even more expedient for the daily commuters. Noida is rising as one of the largest industrial and education hub of the world. Noida is now the most wanted area for the expansion of commercial, suburban as well as retail entities, especially in North India.

Out of all the towns of the NCR Noida is the most sought after. The city is growing at a rapid pace into a model city to settle in. It has high-tech infrastructure with leading, world class chain of hotels and hospitals. From Global schools to elaborate shopping complexes with latest brands, this city is appropriate for all income groups. It houses some of the prime real estate developers both for housing and long term investments. The city is on the run to see more world-class townships, many more commercial nerve centers and a lot of infrastructural growth. Noida property market has an incomparable demand for residential complexes with modern neighborhood including amenities like fitness centers, plush green community parks, amusement park, restaurants, community halls and shopping centres. Some of the leading names that you see in Noida are:

Malls- The Great India Place, Shopprix Mall, DLF Town Square Mall, Spice Mall, Centre Stage Mall.
