Introduction to 2011 Hyundai Tucson

It was in the year 2005 that the Tucson model from Hyundai first made its appearance onto public auto showrooms. Ever since then, it has not looked back. It is one of the most popular small SUV vehicle in the market today and is one of the most popular series that the manufacturers have ever released. Although the first-generation vehicles from the series were known only as entry level SUVs, the second-generation vehicles will mark a huge leap for the series. The Hyundai 2011 Tucson is being marketed as a budgetf-friendly vehicle that is mainly intended for transportation and comes with no frills. Hence, there isn't going to be much of a focus on the exterior styling as there is in the interior and performance. The 2010 model did introduce a sharp exterior styling, such that you can expect them to retain that with this new model and a few new body colors to choose from. You can also expect this car-based compact SUV to be as future-looking as its counterparts in the market.

Hyundai 2011 Tucson is looking to be one of the best new car deals for the year 2012 although it only comes with a single engine option. The model is equipped with a 2.4-liter four cylinder engine that can produce 176 horsepower max and 168 lb-ft torque. On the other hand, the base model features a default option of six-speed manual transmission, with an optional version of six-speed automatic. Despite of its decent road performance, the engine type included in this vehicle is noted for its fuel economy.

There are two trim levels available for the 2011 Hyundai Tucson, which are GSL and Limited. The GSL trim features mostly standard features but opting for the Limited trim will enable you to enjoy extra features.
