When holding a seminar or conference for key clients and suppliers there are several pointers that can ensure you have a successful event.
The place
Choose the location carefully. You want to ensure that your attendees can access the venue from all main forms of travel. Make sure the venue is near a major motorway and can be accessed via train and air.

The layout
