Breakfast
Most people prefer to have hotdogs, ham or bacon for breakfast. They are easy to cook. But they are also processed foods. If you want a healthier breakfast you can have tomato and onion omelet. It is easy to prepare. There are healthy recipes available on the net. You can also have baked potatoes, cereals and oatmeal. All these can be boring at times so you just have to make them exciting by being creative. You can top your baked potato with melted cheese.
