Intel Purchase McAfee In 7.68 Billion

Intel announced yesterday that has been completed for security software vendors McAfee purchase.
Last August, Intel announced jan.30 7.68 billion takeover McAfee. The money will pay by cash. Intel said, McAfee will continue to use their own brand development and sales safety products. The two companies "strategic partnership of the first results" will be held from 2011 later listed. The federal trade commission and European regulators respectively in December and January approved the deal.
