Almost all network affiliate account managers will need to call you just to verify info and ask a few questions, so give them a good phone number. This is extremely important because if they don't see a phone number, you'll most likely get rejected. As mentioned, any reputable network will insist on a phone interview because they want to get a better idea by talking to you. Do you have voice mail? That's important because they can call and maybe you're not home, etc. You can get virtual phones number online for a cheap price as companies like Skype have made it really easy for anyone to get one. If your cell ringtone is something really out there or totally lewd, then maybe just switch back to the boring phone ring just until this process is all over. If you really want to do CPA, then you'll make every effort to look like you're a professional marketer.

That's because CPA networks have strict policies against spam and they'll look at your application with a magnifying glass to make sure everything's in order.
