Plan Golden Triangle Tours To Enjoy India!

India is a land of many wonders and excitement. Any tours to India is full of thrills, adventures and surprises. From the mouthwatering cuisines to the colorful bazaars, from the majestic monuments to the lush green parks, this country is full of just about every kind of sightseeing and exploring opportunity a tourist could wish for. To make the most of your trip to India sign up for Golden Triangle Tours. The term ‘Golden Triangle’ refers to the three cornerstones of Indian tourism- Delhi, Agra and Jaipur.

Delhi is the capital city of India and the heart of the country. It is in this city that the rich glorious past of the country merges seamlessly with its promising future. Delhi is home to some of the most famous monuments and sightseeing spots in the country. There is the Red Fort, the Qutub Minar, the India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb and Jamali-Kamali to visit; all historically rich and traditionally vibrant monuments to visit. One can also spend time at the various bazaars and markets in Delhi. From the culturally infused, traditional handicrafts bazaars such as Delhi Haat to the modern, upscale and internationally inspired malls such as Select Citywalk Mall and the Great India Place, Delhi is a perfect example of "east meets west".

Agra is one of the most visited tourist destinations in the world, and is known internationally for the Taj Mahal: the ultimate symbol of love. Built by the Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his deceased wife, Mumtaz Mahal, this white marble wonder if one of the most beautiful and inspiring places in the world. the Agra Fort built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D. is another popular tourist destination. The fort contains several interesting buildings within its boundaries, such as the Moti Masjid, the Diwani-E-Khaas and the Diwane-E-Am. One can also visit the Sikandra Fort, which is the tomb of Emperor Akbar, and work on which was begun by the great king himself and completed by Emperor Jehangir, his son.

Last, but definitely not the least, is the Pink City, Jaipur. One of the most popular tourist places in the world, Jaipur is home to several dazzling monuments and beautiful sights. Famous tourist spots include the City Palace Jaipur, the Hawa Mahal, the Amber Fort, the Jantar Mantar, Statue Circle, the Nahargarh Fort and the Jaigarh Fort. For those interested in pilgrimage tourism, there are also several temples in Jaipur to visit, such as Moti Dungri, the Birla Temple and the Govind Dev Ji Temple. One of the most exciting things about visiting Jaipur is the vast amount of shopping opportunities available in the city. Jaipur is known for its bustling bazaars, which are famous all around the world for the beautiful handicrafts goods and indigenous products that are sold here. Some of the most famous goods to be bought in Jaipur are the traditional jewelry, especially silver jewelry, the goods made of camel leather, the luxurious and grand Jaipur carpets and the various goods produced by the local, small handicrafts industries.
