Even if four websites are displaying the same banner you still need to make sure that the colors match the core design of each site. This is because you don't want your ad sticking out like a sore thumb as it will hurt the response rate of the ad. Your banners should fit in naturally with the rest of the site they are being displayed on. You need to make sure there is a little coordination present as it doesn't really have to be perfect.
