Brazil's foreign ministry issued the communique, points out that the Brazilian government will according to other developing countries biofuel development urgency and local realistic conditions determine funding object. But the communique did not explain specific grants.
According to the agreement, Africa's series of biofuels research projects will be funded by the beneficiaries. The first Brazilian Among them, with west economic monetary union (by benin, burkina faso, ivory coast, etc in 8 countries of cooperative projects, have been listed in the funding list.
