* Xiaolongbao - In this dish steamed buns are used made with meat soup along with seafood and some vegetables. The unique method of steaming the buns require inserting the gelatin of meat inside the buns at the time of steaming, in the course of the steaming procedure gelatin converts into meat soup. The buns can be made with either raised or unraised flour, the unraised flour version is normally eaten in southern China.
